To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

夜晚突然三哥癮起😂就去左食我最愛嘅酸辣米線同尖椒皮蛋💕每次去譚仔我都一定食普通酸辣，愈食愈有感情！今次兩個人share一個套餐份量岩岩好喇～叫左酸辣套餐、尖椒皮蛋、兩杯凍檸茶🤤三哥酸辣湯底最正，最經典！酸辣平衡得好好，碗麵一上枱一定要飲幾啖湯先😍套餐有個好處就係唔洗諗揀咩餸，一碗麵咩餸都有齊～其中我覺得最好食嘅係「竹苼」本身好中意「竹苼」嘅質地，加上佢索曬啲湯，超入味！另外尖椒皮蛋都係必食嘅，本身唔太中意皮蛋陣味，不過三哥呢碟加左好多尖椒碎，尖椒同皮蛋好夾，竟然可以令以前完全唔食皮蛋嘅我食到大半碟，可想而知有幾正😆
