來自鱈魚精子,曾經之前不知來源食過刺身,的確超嫩滑

今次可以試到另一做法,同樣入口超嫩滑好creamy,一點腥也沒有!厚肉~配上薄薄脆漿,一嫩一脆加上熱㷫㷫~口感豐富!

整體質素確實不錯的,最心心眼必定是紫海膽了~其他刺身類都相當新鮮!
今次熟食會較少,凍食和熟食平均一點會更好了!
