上次幫襯是數年前在銅鑼灣,不久前見廣告鑽石山開分店,令我好想再吃他做的烏冬,於是約定焯焯和康康去吃午餐。約12時半到達,人客不多,我推薦焯焯吃烏冬,因他未曾吃過別府的烏冬。我們要了2個set lunch (第2個set lunch可享有半價),1個福岡明太子高菜鵝肝三文魚石頭炒飯和另加1客凡立貝。Set lunch的鰻魚1小件,好味汁不太甜,跟飯吃是絶配,另一小碗烏冬依舊煙韌如常。另1set lunch的拉麵清湯內有香口炸蝦、不嚡入味的雞肉、温泉蛋(不知味如何,因焯焯獨自吃了)、金菇和葱粒,烏冬份量略少。石頭炒飯很熱,飯底略焦,比韓式的少油,不錯,只是鵝肝切得過細,吃不出料味,味噌湯一般。凡立貝3小隻,上放的醬似是蛋黃醬加芥末,最後才吃凍了,餐後的奶茶是港式,雖不及茶餐廳的水準,以日式餐廳來說,已是不錯。
