To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 十年前剛從美國回流香港, 友人帶我來飲茶, 當時已備裝修及一個大的膠茶壺扣分! 十年後再主動提議來吃點心, 現在才發覺自己的膚淺! 好的裝修都是從羊毛出來的吧!這是一間很實在的食店, 味道ok, 價錢超合理, 服務不要要求! 假日到來要等位, 遊客也到深水埗, 很是成功的食店
