今次同男朋友慶祝生日,於是嚟咗灣仔呢間主打海鮮嘅餐廳~一出lift就見到平時酒樓門口擺放嘅魚缸,擺放着唔同種類嘅活海鮮,食材保證新鮮!由於時間尚早,食客唔算多,環境相當寧靜,啱晒情侶撐枱腳~店員主動向食客介紹餐聽嘅主打,我哋最後叫咗兩份set dinner..$288/位,包沙律、前菜、餐湯、主菜同埋甜品,計落價錢一啲都唔貴~先上菜嘅係「時令野菜沙律」,沙律菜新鮮爽脆,淋上胡麻醬,十分開胃~前菜就揀咗「刺身三款」同「磯煮鮑魚配鮑魚肝醬」,前者好新鮮,解雪技巧好;而後者食法好特別,鮑魚肝醬係師傅新鮮打磨,將鮑魚蘸一下醬汁,食物既鮮味即時昇華到另一個層次,非常讚!而是日餐湯係「馬刀貝味增湯」,馬刀貝新鮮且食落無沙,加入湯令鮮味十分突出,正!而主菜方面,我哋叫咗「焗乳豬」,外皮香脆,肉質超級嫩滑,豬羶味亦唔重,好正!最後甜品就係「烏龍茶凍」,味道唔係好甜,啱晒怕肥嘅人士~同埋食完乳豬咁油膩,仲可以解膩~

先上菜嘅係「時令野菜沙律」,沙律菜新鮮爽脆,淋上胡麻醬,十分開胃~前菜就揀咗「刺身三款」同「磯煮鮑魚配鮑魚肝醬」,前者好新鮮,解雪技巧好;而後者食法好特別,鮑魚肝醬係師傅新鮮打磨,將鮑魚蘸一下醬汁,食物既鮮味即時昇華到另一個層次,非常讚!
