To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

離港返澳之前要同我的好姊妹聚聚，搵到間有情調傾到計又好食嘅餐廳。喺旺角市中心嘅Lab Eat，佢有個露台戶外位好正，嗰晚仲有現場live表演，氣氛一流。感覺演唱者用心嘅歌聲傳遍整個旺角天空。姊妹一邊傾偈，一邊聽歌，傾到好多家庭童年趣事，聽住歌特別掛住身在外國留學嘅姨甥女，佢都好鍾意彈琴唱歌俾我哋聽。坐低已經送上Welcome drink，唔係講笑，呢杯好濃烈嘅 Cocktail，空肚飲有少少醉。我哋叫咗生𧐢：Gigas 、 Black Pearl 我最鍾意嘅沙律係有烤芝士喺上面，Raclette cheese嗰陣鹹香，正！食芝士梗係要叫返杯紅酒配襯返。海鮮意粉好出色，食材極豐富，個汁味道香濃。妹妹唔食牛，另外叫咗伊比利亞黑毛豬扒都唔錯。甜品係French crepe with crushed pistachio Yummy Yummy!今次一聚又再分離，要明年再會了！
