To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為工作上的時間安排, 午間有個空間, 來了這裡午餐. 十二點幾來到, 人客還未算多, 不過之後就越來越多人. 對著個大海景, 但位處的地方太低, 基本上係享受不了甚麼景的.午市本來有個好抵食的午餐, 但係最後都揀了散叫.馬蘭雨花海哲頭$45: 7分, 先來個冷菜. 海哲頭清清地, 不過吃落覺得有點難咬開.西單炒鴨崧$68: 6分, 要了個各式能人居叉子燒餅菜, 係兩隻叉子燒餅配上一碟小菜. 個鴨崧係太鹹了, 剩吃的話係幾難頂的, 配上叉子燒餅吃就還可以.淮揚雪菜肉絲炒年糕$45: 6分, 還以為這裡叫做北京樓, 菜色應該都係北方菜為主, 但係一看麵類, 係有北方的拉麵同埋南方的炒麵. 最後係澱粉質項目中要了年糕, 炒得幾乾身的, 肉絲的份量係好小, 吃著的感覺好像係剩吃年糕, 係越吃越膩, 去到尾也吃不完了.脆鱔: 8分, 炸得剛好, 脆卜卜, 但不太油, 入味, 鱔有鮮味, 最喜歡的一道菜色.浦東鹹肉蒸百頁$52: 7分, 個鹹肉鞋了點, 但都算肥瘦分明的. 跟比較淡的百頁一起吃, 起了中和的作用, 個配搭係不俗的.清宮豌豆黃$25: 6分, 一客六件, 做得一般, 豆香味不太出到

整體食物的水準不算很好, 比一般的好小小, 但價位偏高, 服務態度就認真一般,做開老外生意, 不懂做本地人生意? 說到京菜, 單係尖沙咀, 也有比這裡好的選擇. 當然, 要請外國客人吃飯的話, 以環境行先, 這裡的優先序就立即上升.
