To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

難得和父母一齊去街街，呀媽就一向好鍾意台灣和掃街文化，呀爸就紳士病發作唔多願係夜市邊行邊食，所以襯呢個機會和佢地一齊回憶台灣好味道呀媽由細到大鍾意麵食，所以一睇餐牌就睇中左佢的手工麵，點了雞排和排骨各一。首先，佢的湯底好濃、手工闊條麵好合我呀媽口味，麵略少，但是肉有兩層滿滿，食肉獸好滿足。原本驚排骨會瘦和薄，點知比雞排更有驚喜，排骨皮薄外脆內鬆有肉汁。其實個辣豬耳辣得好過癮，不過真係好辣，要呀爸呢d嗜辣的人先定得順，只是食開普通辣度的人就咪亂試啦!我要過水先食得到，食完仲要即飲水!呀爸叫嘢食睇樣既，佢見絲狀整成球狀咁幾靚~我自己本身鍾意食薯仔既，成個配搭幾得意的，脆著裡面係蝦膠，再入面係完隻蝦肉，我連蝦尾d殼都就咁吞埋。係略嫌計起黎1隻都幾貴。
