To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

還記得當初豚王開業第一間舖係中環好細間十二點前要排隊否則lunch hour 夠鐘開工都未有得食回憶的味道是最美好的可能它的質素沒有變化而是人經歷多了 接觸不同的美食是舌尖出現變化罷一碗黑王 一碗豚骨 一碟餃子黑蒜味唔夠湯亦唔濃麵唔掛湯可能是要配合一般香港人口味？餃子皮不脆 亦無肉汁咬落去連肉嘅份量都減半呢碗睇相都覺得佢湯底淡食落真係唔夠濃有色水嘅清湯？佢再咁落去 最差嘅一蘭都顯得唔係咁差還我昔日嘅豚王please…
