今日去咗豚王拉麵🍜,試下佢哋嘅原味豚骨湯底拉麵,仲加咗隻溏心日本蛋,真係好正!湯底濃郁得嚟唔會太膩,仲帶住啲骨香,食落去好有滿足感。日本蛋仲係溏心,切開嗰陣流出嚟嘅蛋黃同拉麵一齊食,簡直係天作之合😍除咗原味,仲試咗佢哋嘅限定王—蕃茄湯拉麵,番茄湯酸酸甜甜好足料,食落去好清新,仲加咗一大塊紫菜同竹筍,好豐富!小食方面,我哋叫咗韭菜餃子🥟同炸豆腐。韭菜餃子皮薄餡靚,韭菜味好香,炸豆腐外脆內軟,好香口!飲品就嗌咗豚王金之麥茶,好清香。 continue reading

遊日回港,就是改不了對拉麵的熱愛,星期六就拉著bff 到豚王吃拉麵。這家店的拉麵味道,真的非常正宗及傳統,和我在日本吃到的,基本上是一模一樣,所以食客很多。星期六的那天,食客實在太多,幸好餐廳佔地大,很快就能入座。餐牌有5款拉麵,包括:原味豚王、黑王、赤王及翠王拉麵,而盛豚王與勁辣的盛赤王拉麵就是最新推出,另外,還有多款日本小吃,如:吉列魚柳、吉列炸蝦、唐揚炸雞、炸豆腐、炸蔬菜薯餅等。盛豚王內裏附有味肉,而且肉及紫菜的份量都是加倍,湯底味道濃厚不油膩,有滿滿豬豬骨香,非常鮮味;「盛」已包括了腩肉及肩肉,腩肉軟滑甘香,肩肉口感較結實;麵條我選了普通硬度,入口爽身彈牙,掛湯後超讚。盛赤王赤王同樣附有味肉,以及加倍肉及紫菜的份量,湯底是以麻油研製而成的鮮味香辣醬油,再混以起成味噌,入口時麻油及味增味道挺濃,而辣度比想像高,喝後整個人都暖暖的,冬天吃這個真心不錯,但怕辣的不建議選擇。唐揚炸雞及豚王餃子王炸雞送上來是剛炸起,熱辣辣的,外脆內嫩,肉汁豐富,推介!豚王餃子王皮薄,外層煎得非常香脆,肉餡量適中,多汁,味道不會過鹹。 continue reading

其實一碗拉麵呢個份量都幾貴,第一次食佢呢個拉麵我揀咗赤湯,辛辣3,除咗有蔥同海帶其他配料大部份都要加錢,本身個拉麵一隻蛋都冇,要加19蚊先有一隻糖心蛋,枱凳一定唔舒服,諗住好好食啦,上到嚟我覺得超級鹹,份量唔多,加左42蚊5隻水餃,喺香港食拉麵真係好貴,食完都唔夠飽 continue reading
