To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

剛剛下午1點半左右係將軍澳豚王試咗呢個限定醬油王,非常咸,身邊家人試左啖都話好咸,剩係得咸味。我足足加咗兩碗湯,最後都係食唔曬。我即時同店員反映,得出嘅回覆如下:店員話‘’醬油拉麵係會咸啲架喎,你想我地有咩可以幫到你。‘’😅😓🤮自問我都食得好濃味,但呢個限本醬油王係咸到令人食完有腎虧嘅感覺。食過咁多次唔同鋪嘅醬油拉麵,真係第一次食到咁咸。😷😷😷如果你想挑戰下自己個腎嘅話 可以一試🤪🤪

🧭美食體驗:Popcorn 平民之選。係有時要等下位。豚王我算係由佢第一間分店果時就幫襯到依家,真係睇住佢愈做愈大,好勁。以前佢地係會有限量版的款式例如元氣玉,依家無喇。佢叫乜乜玉,其實就係將個調味粉變成個波咁放係拉麵中間,你再挖開佢黎食。我幾鐘意佢可以好客製化咁自選麵的硬度同埋配料,件事其實有少少似車仔麵,好港式,不過做得好好。係日本食拉麵其實係同豚王的感覺差得有啲遠,豚王的口味係為香港人特化左,所以先咁受歡迎吧。如果完全照搬日本味道過黎,分分鐘水土不服📸攝影打咭:無,完全商業化的商場無法做到日式設計。不過採光好好係真既🍳食物搭配:赤玉拉麵同埋咖哩果隻拉麵都好好食。🍗必食:赤玉💰人頭費:100

平時到豚王用膳,最鍾意自己選擇湯底濃度、拉麵的粗幼軟硬等,這天自己一個來 quick lunch 唔想用腦,決定試吓新嘢,八月期間限定 - 德島王拉麵 我未曾到訪日本四國的德島,但從網上資料得知德島拉麵特色在於濃厚的醬油豚骨湯,我覺得這次在豚王吃的拉麵湯底都幾濃,但唔算好咸,食麵掛汁一流 目測網上圖片日本的湯汁似乎更濃味,不過餐廳應該有遷就香港人口味,這個味道就算飲埋啲湯都唔會好口渴 另外,德島王拉麵並非配搭叉燒,而是滷五花腩肉,都幾爽口,份量又多,撈埋生雞蛋一齊食更加滑,麵條軟硬度適中,好易入口,幾分鐘就食完,滿足
