To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 2009年10月11日一對新人在觀塘聘珍樓擧辦了結婚宴宴會親朋當晚那一點一滴還印在腦內,一直很想再來這裡再吃飯的,只是好像很貴的終於等到社長來到還帶我們到聘珍樓飲茶好不興奮,再踏上那條走廊,記憶又再浮現那一晚的光景一張張愉快的笑臉..一點多的時份,酒樓坐滿了客人,幸好我們訂了位子端上我們貪心的點心紙,慢慢的喝茶,點心上了枱,我們叫了蝦餃燒賣腸粉奶黃流沙包等要不是坐在這裏的話,就真只是以為在商場一般的酒樓一樣沒有感覺是特別好吃的但唯一要讚的是芝麻糕,端上枱時看著那分明的層次黑白色太漂亮了未放入口已嗅到那陣陣的芝麻香,還有是軟硬得宜的糕身,入口是漫著香味的可惜只能淺嘗一件,但真的很美味同事們不如外賣一客回家吃吧,但我則說不用了因為回憶總是令人回味的

端上枱時看著那分明的層次黑白色太漂亮了
未放入口已嗅到那陣陣的芝麻香,
還有是軟硬得宜的糕身,入口是漫著香味的
可惜只能淺嘗一件,但真的很美味
同事們不如外賣一客回家吃吧,但我則說不用了
