To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 不知道大家一看到大快活就會想起什麼?而我自己就會想起大快活的肉醬意粉,因為小時候媽媽經常帶我去大快活吃肉醬意粉,所以我平常經過大快活就會想起肉醬意粉。這次我去到粉嶺花都廣場,在晚餐時段叫了一份充滿回憶的肉醬意粉($39)。這麼多年來肉醬的味道都沒有什麼變化,只覺得現代人的吃量愈來愈大令到餐廳的意粉份量也變多了一點。但主角肉醬還是那種愈吃會愈想吃的蕃茄加上牛肉和豬肉的味道,有點微辣也令到這個肉醬的層次更上一層樓。不知道大家最喜歡的大快活食物是什麼,而我一定是肉醬意粉。

這麼多年來肉醬的味道都沒有什麼變化,只覺得現代人的吃量愈來愈大令到餐廳的意粉份量也變多了一點。
