的確, 正宗tiramisu係用ladyfingers..唔係用蛋糕而且mascarpone係偏淡像cream一樣, 輕輕的, 正宗tiramisu一定唔係濃味. 至於係咪甜唔甜,夠唔夠酒味, 夠唔夠咖啡味, 就算乎師手法啦~~ 面頭既coco powder濕左真係要扣分~~不過我試過fat angelo, 佢既tiramisu絶對係唔正宗架.我懷疑過佢係加左cream cheese~~
