To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

✨中女獨食難肥日誌 ✨瘋狂小面 中女食中環這天來到中環，沒什麼平民美食，想起這間曾經幫襯過的面店，記憶中老冰粉好好吃！瘋狂肥腸面要了紅湯（辣)，加辣加麻，夠香夠辣！大腸沒有怪味，洗得乾淨，滷水很入味。麵條白白細細，份量好多，大量蔥花亦好香！不過沖略嫌油了一點。烏梅汁套餐包面、飲品、小食及甜品$103再另收加一，值得加！烏梅汁是常溫的，好養生，酸酸甜甜好好飲！泡椒鳳爪 小食都幾辣，好香，有三隻，幾爽口成都老冰粉老冰粉一定要加❤️吃完辣面吃一口冰凍清甜冰粉冇得頂，而且有提子乾，好完美的句號。
