To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 拍照之後, 與好友隨便找地方吃飯自11月後, 便沒有到過中環吃飯今次來到, 又一次想起你每次也是叫意粉, 因為太鐘情大快活的意粉了今次要了輕盈版肉醬意粉, 明知份量不輕盈, 但為了餐\湯, 還是點了一份餐\湯: 粟米湯,師傅一定有, 調調的, 咸咸的, 還是喜歡南瓜湯蒜茸包: 脆脆的, 但吃的時候冷掉了肉醬意粉: 意粉還是彈牙, 甜酸的蕃茄汁加上肉碎, 份量多一點會更好綠茶: 淡淡的, 當是有味的水好了好友要了咖哩炸豬扒飯, 一邊嘆價錢與份量不成正比外, 一邊把整碟飯幹掉, 是因為好吃還是餓壞了呢....嘻..沒有問了聖誕節之後, 回到這裏, 與好友邊研究相片邊談天說地, 驀然回首, 發現原來我還未能夠忘掉你
