揀裕記嘅原因並不是燒鵝,係酒釀鵝肝。皆因深井幾間食燒鵝嘅都冇得吃,唔知點解唯獨裕記先有,咁只好死死哋氣幫襯佢。只叫了3樣嘢:燒鵝下庄($190)、酒釀鵝肝($88)、2碗瀨粉($18@)一坐底同呀姐講要下庄,呀姐即刻問廚房有冇。有貨,咩都唔叫住立即入單先。好在早一步,後面張枱想要下庄已經冇貨了。燒鵝中上水平,雖然未至於超級好味,但係一啲都唔差,皮脆肉嫩,下庄有肥但完全接受到的程度,而且肥膏一啲騷味都冇;跟咗三舊鵝頸肉味仲濃。鵝肝價錢其實真係唔平,但味道、口感真是不錯,嫩滑軟身,又有酒香味。鵝肝應該唔係煮熟嘅,似係浸熟嘅(應該類似slow cook),中間仲粉粉哋色。瀨粉份量/味道正常,冇咩特別好講。茶錢($9@),花生($8@),另收加一。
