To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又到大閘蟹季節啦!今次同朋友仔團購陶源既大閘蟹set,每位$298 加 10%,都算ok抵食。個set話有8道菜,首先出場係燒腩仔+腐皮卷,燒腩仔皮好脆,一層肥一層瘦咁食落唔膩,腐皮卷都好鬆化,入面既冬菇、筍等等既餡都好爽甜,唔錯。跟住就係遼參出場,佢用南瓜湯既配搭又幾得意喎,遼參好爽,唔係jam住個口果種,南瓜湯粉得黎又唔笠口喎,加埋d薏米增加口感,我覺得唔錯,幾好味。再黎就係鮑魚扣鵝掌,個汁都幾濃幾香架,鮑魚同鵝掌又唔覺有咩特別,係普普通通果隻,飽魚都算大架啦!鵝掌亦炆得夠林同入味,都算幾好啦!食到呢度都覺得唔錯,呢個價位有呢d質素算ok啦!好啦,到蟹仔出場啦!今次個set有2隻公食,岩哂我,我中意食公多d (笑)。講真都幾細隻,不過呢個價錢我唔要求太多,而且2隻都爆膏架。中意食公既膏,因為覺得香d,同埋jam住個口,停留喺味蕾上耐d,可feel耐d個香味 (爆),d肉就有d鞋,不過咁細隻都好少肉食啫 haha...( ̄∇ ̄)嗱...都算多膏架,都有3-4匙羹仔膏食下架,算係咁啦!(笑)仲有扒龍躉,個汁偏濃香,龍躉都好厚肉鮮甜,倒埋d麵撈汁,岩岩好夠味,可能我重口味啦,朋友話個汁好

最後就黎薑汁湯丸同鮮果....omg,個薑汁湯係辣到苦,飲一啖即刻想噴出黎,個湯丸林到呢...好粉好林,咬一啖仔放低,成碗野好難食。而個所謂鮮果我直頭冇影相,好似爛生果咁,正所謂衰收尾咪係咁解囉,前面果d全部都ok,臨尾香呀真係。
