To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 兩款都係香港製造的年糕，性價比極高蘿蔔糕入口鬆軟，蘿蔔絲爽脆，比例拿捏得恰到好處，沒有過於粉膩的感覺。其獨特之處在於細膩的口感，不像坊間一些蘿蔔糕過於粗糙。相信是選材講究，加上師傅精湛的技藝，以慢火細煎，令蘿蔔糕的每一口都充滿著蘿蔔的鮮甜味和淡淡的臘味香，層次豐富。 至於年糕，同樣出色！口感煙韌，甜度適中，不會過於甜膩，配上煎至金黃香脆的外層，外脆內糯，令人回味無窮。其蒸煮時間及火候掌握得宜，令年糕保有濕潤的口感，同時又不會過於軟爛。

🙈今年好似提早咗過年咁，往事都係二月先到新年！所以一月中我就已經揀定年糕同蘿蔔糕，而陶源酒家又平又好食，我哋之前喺陶源有飲開茶，食過佢哋啲糕點都非常好食，所以我哋都選擇返去陶源買新年糕點，今次啲糕點個包裝超有新年喜洋洋氣氛，而且性價比高，糕點亦都好高質，煎年糕一定要有煙韌口感，呢個可以做到煙煙韌韌，仲好有椰汁香同紅糖香，而蘿蔔糕好夠味，仲有好多臘肉喺面添，仲要全部香港製造，保證新鮮！加晒分啦！!
