Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 當晚嘗試陶源酒家大閘蟹套餐放題$558另再加一服務費,大閘蟹大小目測大約二兩半至三兩,不能指定要蟹公或蟹乸是隨機上枱,當晚上枱的99%都是蟹公,蟹身比較污糟可能清洗未夠,最弊是全晚當中有10幾20蟹隻是臭的,那種臭味至今還記得即時非常影响胃口,跟現場男職員反影換來說(任食㗎嘛,臭咪再點過)感覺無奈,其它食物如蟹粉荳苗荳苗新鮮蟹粉沒有味道,鮑魚冬菇正常不過這些是一次性的不能再叫,可再叫的片皮鴨鴨肉較柴,椒鹽蝦正常,蟹粉鍋巴是淋不脆,糯米飯軟熟可以,甜品反而不錯楊枝甘露好味,薑茶夠薑味,大壽桃包正常,因當晚是朋友請吃飯所以不便太多意見及影相,只是自己覺得連加一服務費之後$6xx來食甜品就.....哈哈

今年啲蟹又大隻左,片皮鴨keep到水準
最尾太飽,竟然唔記得咗食壽包

我個人都係最中意清蒸,原汁原味
如果鍾意重口味嘅話,應該好欣賞鹽焗
