To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近陶源有做 Groupon,就到來一試這個鮑翅餐;原價 HKD1,088,枱面價 HKD688.00,現時只是二百多;以這個價錢吃餐,有翅有鮑魚,其實無得輸。約好朋友今天到來,餐沒有飯麵,就另外叫了瑤柱炒飯,水準中上。有一個蛋白蝦做得甚好,蝦很大隻,蛋白也很滑。鮑魚是三十頭吉品鮑,不算大隻,但不靭而且是靚貨,鵝掌也是甚腍,芡汁也很入味,好好吃。菜用上湯浸,再有螺片,這個做得很好,螺片的味道甚濃,而且湯也很入味,浸著吃,吃得很滋味。乳鴿是 BB 鴿,不硬,味道較得很好,肉質鮮嫩,只是有點咸,但可以接受。翅也很大梳,吃得很過癮,湯底則一般,未夠味。三層肉我覺得有點小家,很小。整碟是這樣的,其實只是普通燒肉。如果這麼小,其實不需要切也可以,這好像是給你一片叉燒,但將它切成數片一樣。餐牌:套餐送紅酒,味道一般。整體而言,如果照原價就未必值得去,但現時兩百多,就絕對有物值。招呼只是一般。第一,去到叫菜遲了三十分鐘也沒有來,明顯漏單。而到上菜時,看到那些碟上的紙寫著「漏單」,還要給客人看到。去到後來,吃好東西等甜品,要問她們,她們才去拿;我常說,做人,九成的東西都不需要高級學問或火箭科學理論才學

如有心,不停行過,看到東西吃完也應該執枱上甜品吧?主動一點不行嗎?

忙又不是忙,只是八成滿,而且也看到侍應生足夠。

好了,甜品來了,自動來水果吧?餐牌上有的,每天都做著重複的事情,為何又要客人再主動叫一次,然後才扮作奇怪再望一望才拿來呢?
