想食印度嘢,冇熟人帶路唔係好敢入重慶大廈搵食?如果係入門級,去寶勒巷就有間國際連鎖印度餐廳,口味比較易接受呢間嘅炒飯好特別,真係用竹由頭煮到落尾,絕對唔係炒完先放入碌竹到,風味十足,米飯好入味,羊肉又唔羶印式炸雞通常見到係紅卜卜,應該係用咗特別嘅醃料,食落脆口又夠嫩而綠色嘅鐵板雞就係薄荷醃出嚟嘅,上面蔬菜精緻,份量足夠,令到啲雞好有蕃茄香嚟食印度嘢,naan係不可或缺,今次食芝士naan,口感軟熟,仲有拉絲𠻹而佢嘅最佳拍檔—馬沙拉,加咗牛油熬製,醬汁同肉都非常香濃嫩滑嚟到甜品,Dosa係一大碌嘅脆餅,用佢嚟打卡要小心輕放,因為佢真係好脆至於嘢飲,lassi一定走唔甩,解辣靠晒佢㗎喇呢度環境光猛,播住印度pop,感覺放心又放鬆
