巨型牛油煎餅,超級大份,好震撼,成隻手咁長,一上枱已經聞到牛油嘅香味,非常脆口,薄片卷成一卷,旁邊有四款醬料可以選擇,店員細心介紹,來自印度南邊椰子、蕃茄、薄荷、印度辣汁。我認為椰子醬汁最好食,少少辣,非常惹味。

話說早一陣子去🇭🇰閒逛,到步通常都是在商場附近找吃,這次來點不一樣,看到不少朋友說尖沙咀是印度菜集中地,特意提前找到這家經營了52年的🌍全球餐飲連鎖印度餐廳,來一場重口味之旅🤩環境寬敞,配上鮮紅色的皮質沙發更加明亮醒神,還有不停播放著輕快且帶有節奏感的🎶印度歌曲,邊吃邊想躍動起來💃🏻而店員多以英文溝通,餐牌亦很貼心有中英對照及圖片,點菜So Easy呢😏

🔹《雞肉棒棒糖》
物如其名,用手拿著吃就好像在吃棒棒糖似的🍭而雞腿用了紅辣椒醃製,整隻顏色變成紅彤彤的,炸至乾身又脆口,肉質亦不柴,自身辣度再蘸著甜辣醬,味道更加惹味😬

🔹《薄荷雞塊》
一開始看到發出滋滋聲的鐵板上以為全是🥬雜菜,在尋找雞塊下落的時候,發現雞肉用了薄荷和綠辣椒醃製,綠到和蔬菜融為一體,真有點視覺衝擊啊🤣雞肉沒骨,每口都是肉,蘸一蘸同樣鮮綠的薄荷醬,吃起來更清新又解油膩,而爽脆的菜和洋蔥吸滿底下的汁,焦香味更突出☺️

🔹《羊肉竹筒飯》
待應即場敲打竹筒,羊肉、蛋和飯逐一倒出來,真有趣的出場😎羊肉軟腍入味,粒粒分明且有咬口的米飯滲滿不同香料的氣味,辣辣上頭,風味滿載,再配著隨碟的乳酪和特色醬汁還起了中和的作用🤪

🔹《黃油雞咖喱》
用黃油和蕃茄作基底的經典咖喱款,辣中帶甜,辛香和奶香雙雙起飛😍還有一絲絲鬆嫩的雞肉裹滿香醇厚的咖喱,除了用餅卷著吃,把飯扣下去,瞬間開啟炫飯模式🤤

🔹《雜菜咖喱》
以椰菜花、薯仔、紅蘿蔔、豆角、胡蘆巴葉及各種香料等製成的素咖喱,口感豐富,味道偏辣而不膩,越吃越起勁,還有點纖維素多多的健康感覺😋

🔹《牛油薄煎餅》
像手臂那麼長的金黃巨型薄煎餅,一出場果斷震撼眾人的目光,基本上是每枱必點🤩邊皮薄脆而中間軟糯,嚼起來還有陣陣的牛油香,還配備椰子乳酪醬、咖喱醬、薄荷醬和辣蕃茄醬四種醬汁,甜酸辣樣樣齊全,慢慢搣開再蘸醬吃挺過癮的呢🥴

🔹《印度大蒜烤餅》
先嚐一下原味,口感蓬鬆煙韌,加上餅表面擦上了牛油和鋪滿蒜粒點綴,香氣四溢,再一手撕餅卷著標配的咖喱一起吃,簡直原地轉圈啊🥰

🔹《芒果印度奶昔》
質感綿密濃稠,味道濃郁的程度喝出用了不少芒果,酸酸甜甜,開胃又解辣😆

🍖咖喱我哋叫咗帶骨羊肉同黃咖喱秋葵,近骨嘅肉除咗口感好,肉味亦都更加香濃,唔會俾咖喱蓋住。秋葵有少少黏黏地,同咖喱嘅配搭又出奇地夾。而且平時食秋葵好寡,咁樣做法,就一啲都唔單調。

不得不提嘅繫個杯印度奶茶,個杯勁熱,所以佢又用另外一個杯坐住佢,味道好濃,好有香料味。係完美嘅finishing。
