去新加坡必食天天海南雞,雞肉嫩滑又抵食。喺香港圓方,都有間天天海南雞。餐廳走中高檔路線,環境舒適,裝修設計有心思。除左南洋菜式,仲癰好多特色中菜,好似最近爆紅既鴨屎香檸檬茶/手打香水檸檬茶。餐牌有列出十大招牌,每樣睇相都好吸引。我地兩個人叫左兩個主菜加一個湯飯,全部都好大份,仲有個爐熱住。古法肉骨茶有別於馬來西亞常見,湯底深色、藥材味濃既肉骨茶,呢到係新加坡式,湯底較清,淡淡古椒香,豬肋骨好軟嫩,仲有豬肚、支竹、豆卜作配菜,個湯清清地好好飲,加上近日天氣凍,瞬間比我地清晒。老街坊牛筋牛腩牛腩偏瘦,但唔乾柴,牛筋都夠腍,好入味,但食完又唔洗狂飲水。龍蝦湯炸雞油鍋巴雞油炸米同海鮮粒係上枱時,喺客人面前放入湯,龍蝦湯好濃,有帶子、蝦、龍蝦粒,炸米仲有少少脆,但雞油味就唔覺有。不過單係個龍蝦湯都已經好正。埋單每人2百幾,食到捧住個肚走,好滿足。下次再試下其他菜式。

老街坊牛筋牛腩
牛腩偏瘦,但唔乾柴,牛筋都夠腍,好入味,但食完又唔洗狂飲水。
