今次同家人嚟到位於中環新開fusion餐館-YUAN品嚐佢哋12-course all day tasting menu,一入餐廳就比佢哋簡潔高貴嘅設計吸引住,枱之間距離充分,私隱度高,而且侍應細心介紹每一道菜式,令整體用餐體驗非常良好!12道當中最為突出既有:湯品-松茸菊花浮萍正宗准陽名菜,以細膩刀工將嫩滑豆腐切絲成菊花般,松茸味濃厚,啖啖精華!主菜-焗釀啡菇以杏飽菇絲加上芝士再烤,有啲似焗蟹蓋既做法,但層次感更分明,以泡菜mayonnaise點綴,賣相都100分!菜單最細心既加插左柚子有氣茶在前+話梅啫喱配三色車厘茄在後,去中和味道較重既啡菇甜品-荔枝以白朱古力打造荔枝外型,中間加入荔枝果蓉,超級創新有新意!
