To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 原本打算今日返工前食一個靚早餐先,所以決定去大快活堂食個早餐。去到要左一個雞扒拼腸仔,加多左個雪菜肉絲米粉,多士就轉左蘿蔔糕,飲品要凍綠茶。排隊等野食等左5分鐘左右都算,但野食一見到真係呆左,頹不在話下,無估到塊雞扒會咁細塊,同餐牌個樣差好遠!!蘿蔔糕無其他汁,食落好乾。果兩條腸仔好似就咁淥熟就算,無乜調味。食完只有兩個字,失望。。。。
