To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間餐廳環境好好,坐得舒服,個餐牌見到仲會好開心(除咗有選擇困難症既朋友),好多選擇,圖片又吸引餐廳主打fusion菜,亞洲同西餐混合,好多菜式都好有創意,例如個雞蛋仔火鍋、椰皇雞尾酒等,不過我一個人下午茶時段去食,所以食唔落個雞蛋仔,而個椰皇雞尾酒無貨...咁轉咗要杯荔枝玫瑰冰茶,賣相同味道都ok,唔太甜另外見到餐牌有個飯叫隨便你(up to you),幾新穎,又多野食,有三文魚同吞拿魚他他、炸軟殼蟹,仲有幾塊紫菜、豉油、蔥同wasabi,玩味好高,可以自由創作手卷或就咁食,不過啲三文魚同吞拿魚唔夠新鮮,軟殼蟹炸得唔夠鬆化,個粉係脆口果隻粉,大大減分本來再要咗個西班牙火腿炸泰國椰菜,但又無貨,咁轉咗個黑松露鮮蝦椰菜花咸蛋薄餅,真係顧名思義,一睇個名就知有咩材料...個pizza即叫即焗,上枱好熱又夠脆身,不過我個人唔太鍾意個批皮,好似餅乾,無煙靭感,至於啲批料,最得意係個椰菜花,起初睇個餐牌,都諗我淨係見到火箭菜咋喎,邊度有椰菜花?原來椰菜花切到一片片,放係批面一齊焗,個批口味唔濃,無黑松露味、芝士味亦唔出,都係一般總結係,食物夠創意吸引,但用料唔夠新鮮,味道一般
