今年團年飯選了位於holiday inn的龍苑,果然沒選錯!團年飯日子,餸菜選擇不多,我們叫了6人餐。先來紅燒海皇燕窩羹。用上等燕窩製作,湯底味又鮮又濃。與此同時上了龍苑片皮鴨,切得細簿,看下去多膏小肉,沾上醬汁及青瓜,以皮包好,入口香脆,不肥不膩。黃金蝦球玉帶炒得出色,金黃色外層以蛋黃炒成,蛋香沒有掩蓋蝦球及帶子鮮味,大大粒有咬口。發財蠔鼓鮑魚柱甫味道香濃,鮑魚汁十分入味,連蠔鼓也帶有鮑汁清香。清蒸方法最能鎖住老虎斑的鮮嫩肉質。嚐一口,魚肉肉質緊實雪白,味香四溢,鮮味無窮!一脆皮炸子雞是龍苑的招牌菜,亦是我最期待的菜式。表皮炸得薄脆香口,肉質卻不乾硬,滋味鹹香又不油膩。
