To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

沙田Royal Park Hotel十多年前是我經常去的地方,跟我有著不淺的緣份,而酒店內的餐廳我亦十分喜歡到來用膳,位於酒店二樓的City Art已化身成玉庭 Jade Pavilion,而這夜眾食友更聚首一堂吃團年飯! 新面貌的玉庭門面採用碧綠色調,感覺雅緻富中國風又不失時尚! 沿途步入餐廳有著熟悉的間格,但已添上華貴的格調,中西合璧典雅非常! 肚子不停投訴!這一刻真的要乖乖就座,期待擁超過25年中菜經驗黃浩初師傅主理的美味菜式喇! 餐前的合桃跟腰果鬆化好味道,可口可樂正好合拍呢! 晚宴開始前由初師傅為大家即席砌王庭喜慶迷你盆菜$1688/6位用、$3288/12位用!不過我肯定是騙人的,那陣容怎能用迷你盆菜來形容啊! 盆菜內不乏矜貴食材如墨西哥原隻湯鮑、南美花膠、日本宗谷元貝、美國珍寶蠔、和金牌燒鵝,切雞、燒腩仔、另外有水魷、魚蛋、鴨掌、大蝦、和索味的髮菜、冬菇、芋頭、蘿蔔、枝竹、蓮藕及娃娃菜,夠豈豐富了吧! 盆中我最欣賞的是脆皮燒腩仔,經過汁醬洗禮後依舊香脆,肉質嫩滑富肉香美味到不行,當然矜貴的海味亦相當吸引啦!此盆菜供應至28/2可堂食或外賣(兩天前預訂),訂12位更可

吃罷喜慶的盆菜到高高興興的鮑魚撈起,由魚生轉成飽滿的鮑魚更見富貴,色彩鮮明的蔬菜絲中配有爽脆彈牙的海蜇,吃得大家很滿足呢!

這夜湯品是杏汁花膠豬肺湯,本身不愛杏汁的我當初並不打算享用,但上檯時聞到湯香大於杏香,加上在坐各好友也認為苦香醇美味,試上一口真的香甜到不得了,最終連大大件花膠和雞腳全數清掉呢!

接下來是香滑無比的十年花雕蛋白蒸蟹鉗,下圖有湯匙作比較可看到那巨型蟹鉗多豐滿!
蟹鉗有多鮮味是想像到的,蛋白滑溜勝雪混上蟹肉的鮮和花雕的香美味非常!但貪心的我覺得如花雕可多一點更合我口味(正酒鬼)!

清甜過後是香口的欖菜倉魚球,魚骨也炸至酥香蝕骨,魚肉肥厚香滑配上惹味欖菜很合拍,連配菜也香甜過人很吸引喔!

來到此刻基本已飽到一個點了!但侍應端來以下兩個菜也不可不吃啊~先來蟹肉燴春雨,賣相很有新鮮感,師傅先將蟹肉煎香成餅,放在充滿菜香高湯粉絲上,混然天成的一體味道鮮、香、甜集一身,吃得太感動了!!

蟹肉燴春雨誘人嗎?也未夠接力的八寶扣大鴨扣人心弦!全鴨去骨包裹著鹹蛋黃、百合、粟子、新鮮薏米,混然天成的酥香細膩,尤以鬆化粟子和煙韌的新鮮薏米最為吸引,不吃白不吃最終吃完一轉添一轉,肥係有理由的!!

那便跳到去堂弄一口脆脆拔絲香蕉環節吧!初師傅啓動巧手為大家那場拔出像金絲,配上脆口炸香蕉吃眼睛嘴巴可齊齊享受呢!

最後士提芬師傅亦為我們帶來即席揮毫甜品畫,不消一會像銀河般的甜品畫便活現大家眼前!大家也不客氣開動摧毀名畫呢哈哈哈......
