To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 緊接著是食事:宮崎和牛壽喜燒,內裡包括有日本豆腐、各式野菌、和牛配上索湯的麵條,甜美可口的壽喜燒份量挺足女士們真的會投降!!

而我則散點了一些食品給自己!先有壽司我們選了7款來品嚐,當中包括有油甘魚、深海池魚、吞拿魚腩、火炙帶子、火炙左口魚、吞拿魚腩卷,而最令我開心的是有當造的白子喔!!白子質感柔滑豐腴而且含豐富營養聽聞非常補身喔!

而串燒則選了軟綿香甜的宮崎甜蕃薯、南國元氣雞腿肉、爽可口的都京甜青椒,三款都是我心水口味呢!

尤其是南國元氣雞腿肉燒得皮香肉嫩咬下肉汁四濺好Juicy耶!最重要是吃落帶滿滿肉香好吸引呢!

還有極惹味又飽肚的日本免治雞棒配日本雞蛋,免治雞棒本身已質感鬆化多汁,再沾上蛋汁來吃風味超卓很和味啊~

好友怕我不飽最後點多客宮崎無添加健康豚肉涮涮鍋我嘆!其實已經飽到上心的我又被那濃濃的豚肉香吸引著(真沒用)!配上健康的多款野菜共吃好像沒那麼有罪疚感!!
