To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有幸與各同事一起用晚饍,皆因公司老闆請一班伙計食團年飯,一於赴海港海鮮酒家品嚐海鮮!阿拉斯加長腳蟹,冷食,蟹肉鮮甜,海水味度極鮮, 蟹黃蟹膏蜂擁而出。價錢約千元左右,十分值價。原隻粉絲蒜蓉蒸蟶子, 海港酒家的海鮮十分fresh,從配料可見, 廚房有team用心製作的班底。原隻炆豬蹄,燒汁量頗多,在鍋底找到幾隻 生曬蠔豉,貽笑大方。麵豉醬配蝦乾炒唐生菜,食法新穎, 蔬菜亦新鮮,十分惹味吸引。加左幾支冰凍嘉士伯啤酒, 今晚大滿足!惟今晚食客太多,服務不足,需予改善 。
