Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

八寶鴨吃過很多次,有水準的實在不多,且大部分用糯米作為餡料,比較上滯膩;這次大廚聰明的改用新鮮薏米、粟子、百合、冬菇、鹹蛋黃和蓮子等作為餡料;大夥嚷著很飽,但最後卻已所剩無幾。

拔絲香蕉~
黃師傅親身上陣,先放上以糖衣包著的香蕉,再以另一碗糖漿拉出一串串的糖絲,溫度的控制加上出色的手藝,就像變魔術般,不斷增加的糖絲最後型成一個壯觀的外貌,煞是吸引!
