To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

試過土瓜灣區內幾間酒樓，如果以價錢，食物質数及環境乾淨度計，海港是較高的一間，無論早，午及晚市，出品是較好的一間。今日約11点到，試了早茶，全埸坐滿，等了十分鐘，才有位，俾咗近落地玻璃的枱，景觀一流，可以望到海景呢，坐低後，叫了9個点心，皮蛋瘦肉粥，粥底滑，皮蛋好食，但份量不多，約半只左右，另外咸鱼雞粒飯，算好食，日式煎餃子，不油，外脆的，贊！至於鲜竹卷，則稍為遜色！最後埋單，三位連茶錢加一共145。
