最近同屋企去咗土瓜灣嘅一間粵式小菜館,雖然餐廳外貌好低調,但係成餐晚飯嘅感覺又,坐得舒服,小菜特別,有幾款餸仲有住家菜嘅味道。首先係佢哋嘅招牌菜脆皮咕嚕肉,肥美嘅咕嚕肉加上三色椒、蘿蔔同洋蔥,甜酸度拿捏得好好,開胃又滋味。辣子雞夠哂香辣,配合炒腰果非常惹味香口。白灼金菇肥牛雖然簡簡單單,但令食完仲想再食。肥牛配塔蔥、金菇、芽菜,呢個組合幾少見,但係好啱送飯。老火湯幾足料,落咗霸王花、蘿蔔、豬肉、眉豆,熬得好入味。臘腸炒芥蘭,夠哂鑊氣,芥蘭翠綠爽口,臘腸肥瘦適中。最後係招牌家鄉碌鵝,真係唔可以錯過嘅功夫菜,碌鵝要先用鵝油、花生油在鍋中滾動煎香,再用老滷燜滷一個小時,鹵水味香濃,令人回味無窮。飲品檸檬茶同埋檸水。
