To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一向比較鍾意食韓國菜既我，有啲咩驅使我黎呢🤓就係因為見到連平日，餐廳內外都好多人，外面仲有人等位添☺️即刻決定要試一試佢！入到黎，當然要叫佢既招牌菜試下啦～就係韓式無骨豬手同埋芝士排骨😎另外仲叫咗韓式海鮮煎餅🐙吉列炸蝦紫菜卷同埋韓式肥牛魚片手打烏冬🍲仲有啲配菜…涼拌菠菜同韓式泡菜😬（好豐富）首先介紹吓個芝士排骨，俾佢個芝士同火焰震撼左眼球😦芝士慷慨又做到拉絲嘅效果，排骨好入味，配合埋芝士一齊真係食到舔舔脷！韓式豬手有生菜蒜片同埋泡菜做配搭，好易入口亦都開胃👍推介！吉列炸蝦紫菜卷好新鮮🍤細細嚿飯卷唔會好濟😉我最鍾意就係佢個韓式海鮮煎餅！真係好好食，海鮮味都好出，亦有啲墨魚仔😬配搭埋少少泡菜，好惹味呀☺️韓式肥牛魚片手打烏冬份量都好大碗😯烏冬彈牙，都好足料👍整體食物都唔錯🤓唔怪得吸引到咁多客人過嚟啦☺️👍
