To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

土瓜灣正斗南乳吊燒雞

又係放工的時候，今次同男朋友去咗公司附近的一間茶餐廳食晚飯。餐廳有多款小菜選擇，今次我們就選了半隻南乳吊燒雞及菠蘿咕嚕肉。菠蘿咕嚕肉揸得夠脆但不會太乾，而且嗰個汁酸甜度剛剛好，撈飯一流。最想讚的係南乳吊燒雞，外皮燒得勁香脆，雞肉又保持到非常嫩滑。加上雞皮唔會太口，整體口感都非常正！絕對encore！我再次去餐廳時，個南乳吊燒雞已經賣晒，所以有興趣試的大家不仿早少少去，癈事去到有D失望。==============================鍾意我分享的，我邀請你訂閲我的食評，我會繼續與大家繼續發掘有咩CP高的冰糧！(敬禮)

菠蘿咕嚕肉揸得夠脆但不會太乾，而且嗰個汁酸甜度剛剛好，撈飯一流。
