To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一入餐廳見到入面有部羊扒風乾機，好吸引🤭餐廳坐滿曬人，都多人walk-in，好彩訂左位🫣值得一提，服務態度好好Lentil Soup：加左檸檬同洋蔥落去，味道多左層次，唔錯Trio Dip：可以一次過試晒三隻味👍🏻最上鷹嘴豆味好滑好香，中間果隻入面有洋蔥蒜頭，好易入口，最下面黑松露味輕身點，但都好食octopus linguine: 哩個真係有驚喜，出面食八爪魚咁大粒通常都好煙韌好難咬，但哩到既八爪魚原來係慢煮嫁，仲有好鮮甜嘅八爪魚味，同埋一啲都唔煙韌一咬就斷開真係好正👍🏻👍🏻個意粉好爽彈，而個味就輕身dChorizo Lamb Sausage: 哩個好推薦💪🏻係用中式既做法黎煮哩個西式食物，羊肉腸無羊臊味👍味道方面係重蒜頭同埋重洋蔥再加少少香草炒的，好香味道好濃郁，再放入個包入面包住黎食，正👍🏻👍🏻Katayef：最後一道甜品，同炸鹹水角好似，但係甜既。入面有兩隻唔同的味道，芝士味唔係一般芝士味，並不是鹹的，也不是甜的，味道比較清淡的建議先食，而另一隻味係甜的，入邊有花生好香個人覺得都幾岩兩個人拍拖談情，一大班朋友去都熱鬧，但都真係要訂左位
