To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 成日聽人地講,今次終於自己嚟試下喇😂附上餐牌一張。大多數人都會試紅燒牛肉麵、香酥雞扒,我都唔例外😂牛肉麵湯底濃郁,而且牛肉都入口即溶👍有驚喜,如果鍾意食永康牛肉真係會令人諗起台灣永康牛肉麵,而麵不過不失。另一個就係香酥雞扒,雞扒炸得都好脆,但其實幾熱氣😂而雞都唔算好老,ok概😜但要趁熱食,凍左就唔好食。雞扒面嘅湯底轉左做牛肉湯底。另外叫咗一杯凍、一杯熱嘅珍珠奶茶,正常珍珠奶茶。總括而言,今次試既2種麵都幾好味,可以再嚟食過😎

另一個就係香酥雞扒,雞扒炸得都好脆,但其實幾熱氣😂而雞都唔算好老,ok概😜但要趁熱食,凍左就唔好食。雞扒面嘅湯底轉左做牛肉湯底。
