To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這一間不是第一次吃,但係多一兩次才寫食評。因為這樣會比較客觀,下午食過兩次,這一次就是晚上吃,晚上的餐牌沒有了中餐推介,但是有例牌的海南雞飯所以也要叫了其實一直保持水準都沒有可以挑剔的,就是想告訴大家這一間是歷史建築物彩變用途變成餐廳雖然要行上一樓,亦都是值得的喺以前大家族的露台想吃感覺就是非一般而且裝修非常之華麗,驚喜的有一隻乳鴿可以試,但係最好味的也是這個焗西米布甸,你想第二到食都好難了#灣仔美食 #奇華冰室 #hkfoodie #foodie #foodkol #foodie@hk #焗西米布甸
