To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 太早出門所以在約好的地方先找早餐吃才出發去目的地,見這間茶泰不用等位,那快快手吃完就可以走。誰知就出事了 Orz 點餐用QR Code,等上餐等了很久 ...而且員工好像不太願意搭理那樣子,如果趕時間就要三思囉香茅雞扒早餐 ($43) 配粟米、炒蛋、腸仔和蒜香牛油多士。多士烤得頗脆身,蒜香也算濃,但牛油倒是不太吃得出。然後朋友問店員拿牛油,發現給的是溶掉的牛油 ... 比較像是用來撈粟米吃的那種 ... 炒蛋很滑嫩,腸仔就正常的味道吧。雞扒像是炸的?雞皮乾到超脆口,吃落就是沒有香茅味,不過雞肉滿滑嫩。飲品點了熱的椰香咖啡,椰子風味原來和咖啡都幾夾^^
