無懼世事變改,還是越南越愛,無得去旅行嘅日子,唯有係香港搵下啲外國地道美食以解思鄉之苦😖.以越南胡志明市嘅第一郡Q1 黎命名,呢間深水埗小店係專賣越式法包(Banh Mi),撈檬同越/泰式糕點. Banh Mi黎講,我一定會揀越式扎肉款($43),法包即焗,上檯keep住香脆,一定要係食到成檯/成條褲都係麵包碎先證明係香脆!而配料,芫茜係不可或缺,加埋酸蘿蔔,青瓜同醬味,粉量十足(可見下圖幾厚切🥖🥬🥕🥒🥩)開胃得黎一啲都唔膩🤗.野飲可以叫返杯富東南亞風味嘅($30)🥑🥑🥑成杯好creamy 好濃郁,加埋個banh mi 啱啱好夠哂飽!唔夠喉其實呢度有好多糕點,見lunch都好多人外賣拎走,今次試左($15)一件黎講都算大件,好香嘅斑蘭同綠豆味,絕對可以encore!ps聽講呢度啲都係一大招牌,但小弟我湯粉黎講,越南野只會食生牛肉粉,所以留返俾有緣人試完話我知好冇食了😉)

唔夠喉其實呢度有好多糕點,見lunch都好多人外賣拎走,今次試左[斑蘭綠豆糕]($15)一件黎講都算大件,好香嘅斑蘭同綠豆味,絕對可以encore!
ps聽講呢度啲[蟹膏蕃茄湯檬]都係一大招牌,但小弟我湯粉黎講,越南野只會食生牛肉粉,所以留返俾有緣人試完話我知好冇食了😉)
