To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

前身為「大安茶冰廳」，是一間老牌地道的港式茶餐廳，售賣茶餐為主。店鋪的裝修風格、餐具、座椅滿滿的香港茶餐廳味道，現在以Cafe的形式繼續呈現本土風情。餐廳除了在「硬件」上完美保留茶餐廳風格以外，店員的服裝、下單乃至餐點都充滿港式style，有置身在舊式的茶餐廳嘆咖啡的錯亂感。值得一提的是，店員的服務都很好。希望下次有機會可以再試港式X咖啡元素的飲品，而且甜品種類眾多且不斷更新，讓人想不斷一試再試。
