昨夜,我和兩位同樣也很愛周圍發掘美食的朋友吃晚餐。我們選了一間在酒店裏的餐廳。餐廳環境舒適,燈光有點兒暗,製造了一種挺浪漫的氣氛。我點了一杯Lemon squash來喝,一邊喝著清新的飲料,一邊看餐牌。主菜來之前, 店員遞了一籃麵包給我們,裏面有麥包、白包和竹炭包。竹炭包顏色很吸引我,它的味道原來和普通麵包一樣味。前菜是chicken roll和 Black truffle and seaweed soup。Chicken roll是薄切的, 吃下去很開胃。Black truffle and seaweed soup 既黑松露味不突出, 相反,其紫菜味很香很濃郁。我們有3份主菜。第一份是pumpkin puree。它看落去很像意大利飯,但原來它是意粉的一種。外貌很特別,質感有點兒彈牙。其南瓜味很濃郁突出。上面亦有少許燕窩, 感覺很養生呢!第二份是香煎比目魚。魚煎得剛剛好, 魚肉肉質鮮嫩, 魚皮煎至脆口。第三道主菜是美國肉眼扒,牛扒裏面仍留有微微血汁,肉質淋滑。甜品方面,我很喜歡這件黑芝麻芝士蛋糕的佈置方式。黑芝麻芝士蛋糕中間放入了一些藍莓和紅桑莓。芝士蛋糕的甜度適中,但我認為其黑芝麻味
