[前菜]
法式海鮮凍批伴黑醋汁
晶凝通透嘅海鮮凍批,加入咗多款海鮮如帶子,另外配搭黑醋汁調味,非常開胃㗎。


我就同朋友各試咗一款廣島蠔薯茸湯和黑松露蘑菇湯。廣島蠔湯入邊真係有大大隻嘅廣島蠔,湯身濃郁又清甜。而蘑菇湯入面嘅蘑菇就爽口,配搭濃郁嘅黑松露,每一啖都係松露嘅香氣。

香煎蟹餅配海膽汁
蟹餅外層煎到香脆,內層食到一絲絲嘅蟹肉,每一啖都係蟹肉嘅鮮甜。

焗龍蝦尾配龍蝦汁蜆肉伊麵(+$98)
新鮮又大隻嘅龍蝦尾經過烤焗,口感極之有彈性。配搭龍蝦汁蜆肉伊麵,伊麵相當之掛汁,每一啖都係龍蝦嘅味道。


澳洲安格斯西冷牛扒(8安士)(+$128)
選擇澳洲安格斯牛扒,外層煎香內層仲係粉嫩。配搭鴨肝和黑松露蘑菇燒汁,鴨肝入口即溶又充滿油脂嘅香味。
