Restaurant: The Lounge & Bar

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

前排restaurant week，見到ritzcarlton 依間 the lounge & bar 竟然都有得 book！感覺都有品質保證所以決定試吓！入坐嘅時候坐到 window seats 真係好開心侍應都好有禮貌，感覺舒服～restaurant week 有特別嘅 menu叫完嘢食，就會送上溫熱麵包籃，仲有cross bun！好食啊～ 食完會問你需要需要 refill ，好貼心～前菜:三文魚tartare就係食緊三文魚刺身嘅感覺不過就已經調好味！ 有三粒正常size嘅帶子，未煎得太熟，口感軟滑不過下面嘅醬汁就太辣，cover咗鮮味主菜:魚煎過之後富有油脂香，每一啖都好香滑下面嘅薯蓉打得綿密，應該用咗唔少牛油，好邪惡！而雞胸真係煮得太嚡，唔值得食到期待已久嘅甜品，果然都冇失望！The Ritz-Carlton Cake朱古力味好濃郁，甜度中下，仲有橙酒中和朱古力嘅膩～Lemon Tart比較之下遜色一啲，撻皮唔夠脆但檸檬 custard 夠酸，不過食到最後都有啲甜總結全晚嘅感覺都好好！不過最好笑係梳化同枱面有一段距離，食嘢嘅時候要坐得好前，唔太方便如果要睇景就要有心理準備會坐得
