識得我嘅朋友, 都知道我係無海鮮不歡, 我諗住約朋友去香港仔食海鮮, 但係佢就覺得太遠, 叫我去銅鑼灣食算喎, 當時真係打左個突, 唔通貪方便, 去渣甸坊啲茶仔食啲雪藏海鮮呀嘛?!原來佢推介我黎食呢間意大利餐廳, 仲推介我食呢個焗銀鱈魚伴鮮蜆青口, 淨係聽個名, 都已經feel到呢味菜一定啱我。果然, 佢黎到嘅時候, 完全無令我失望。大家都睇到啲青口幾咁大隻, 同同形係貝殼類海產嘅蜆一齊食, 呢種配搭真係一流; 但係最好食莫過就係啖啖肉嘅銀鱈魚柳, 由於佢焗一焗先上菜, 個香味唔單止係魚嘅鮮味, 仲有微微類似煎魚嘅香味, 個味道仲昇華左一個層次添
