每隔一段時間,九龍香格里拉大酒店的Tapas Bar便會推出不同菜色,今次與希臘駐港領事館攜手合作,由6月5日至12日,在Tapas Bar舉辦希臘美酒佳餚推廣。希臘籍大廚Vassilis Mandros將親臨坐陣,炮製一系列道地家鄉小吃及美饌;客人同時可同時品味希臘紅白美酒及該國特色含酒精及不含酒精的雞尾酒。為期八日的美食推廣由客席大廚Mandros呈獻希臘各區的多款經典美食饗客。餐前先來一杯Greek Coffee Frappe With Vanilla Ice-cream,呷一口,不太甜,咖啡很濃香,喝來順滑,很不俗的前奏。希臘式煮青口伴菲達芝士及紅花的青口肉質細緻幼嫩,芝士溶入醬汁之內,令青口多了一份香味。雀巢蝦仁伴茴香酒脆薯餅 以茴香夾雜蝦仁一齊食,作為Tapas,的確少見。傳統希臘雜菜芝士批雖然是第一次試,但觀感不錯,芝士味不太重,雜菜批鬆軟度恰到好處。沙甸魚伴羊芝士及紅菜頭沙律很清新的配搭,沙甸魚滿有魚香之餘,混和羊芝士令味道更具層次。豬肉串伴自家製炸薯條及香蒜酸奶汁賣相誘人,豬肉不會死實,蘸點少少sauce,吃起來更添風味。芝士羊肉卷伴風乾番茄及火箭菜特意挑了骨膜位吃
