Restaurant: Kam Kee Cafe (The Grid)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 東九匯是新開的地方,今天與在觀塘下班的朋友來到這裡吃晚飯,裡面的裝修新也很光亮,地方也大。 我們坐下之後開始點餐,這裡是用掃碼點餐的,但我自己手機網絡接收不是很好,結果還是叫服務員來。 我們叫了一份蘋果豬扒鐵板餐配意粉,雞扒炒烏冬,2人餐叫了沙薑雞和欖菜肉鬆炒四季豆。 因為真的很餓哈哈。上菜的速度也挺快的呢,大概10分鐘就有了。但坐在風口位下,餸菜涼得比較快。先來的是蘋果豬扒鐵板餐,雞扒炒烏冬。 豬扒的肉略鬆,黑椒汁夠味,而雞扒很好吃,烏冬正常發揮。而沙薑雞的雞油脂比較多,但勝在肉夠滑。欖菜肉鬆炒四季豆是我的最愛,夠鑊氣,味道足,肉鬆也質感也好。餐湯和餐飲(熱好立克和熱奶茶)都屬於正常發揮。
