頭盤:烤栗子湯 配 羊肚菌主菜:黑安格斯牛腹肉 配 烤香草新薯及豆豉荷蘭汁甜品:自加製酸種菠蘿包 配 港式奶茶雪糕總結:頭盤嘅湯味道濃郁,配羊肚菌比較少見,難得可以試下😋湯碗好大,但係深度好淺,不過少飲多滋味。 個黑安格斯牛腹肉🥩冇我想像中咁好食,而且份量少,可能唔係我喜歡食嘅部位啦,不過靚牛嘅份量通常都係少嘅。 最後加$25仲可以要個甜品添🤤菠蘿油就食得多啦,可以試吓細細個嘅菠蘿包配奶茶雪糕🍦 仲有就係睇得出個廚師對食物同埋擺設嘅要求,睇住佢整嘢食同埋伴碟都係一個享受😂
