之前同朋友去食晚餐,一入到去完全冇人理我哋,淨係見到counter入面有個疑似老闆/廚師嘅人。初時仲以為成間鋪得佢一個,點知等咗一陣,佢態度好差,一句嘢都唔講,淨係用手指指吓我哋,搞到我哋一頭霧水,完全唔知佢想點。後來問佢,佢先叫我哋坐低。坐低之後,先發現原來佢有staff㗎!不過啲staff上菜時完全冇介紹菜式,連menu都冇俾我哋睇,正常人點完菜之後,尤其係幾道菜嘅tasting menu,根本唔會記得所有菜式。搞到我哋食緊咩都唔知,真係要估估下。最離譜係啲食物鹹到飛起!個羊肚菌粟子湯,個配搭係幾特別,但鹹到好似飲緊鹽水咁,苦到呢……仲有臘腸卡邦尼意粉,又係鹹到苦,食到喉嚨痛,仲要得五條意粉,真係唔知意粉係咪咁矜貴,啲醬汁鹹到可以整多幾兜意粉都得啦!唯一正常少少嘅係個甜品,但都救唔返成餐飯。食完之後,我同朋友個喉嚨都好唔舒服,真係好失望。建議個老闆/廚師真係要check吓自己味覺,再諗吓點改善,唔係真係好難留住客人㗎!

最後甜品係菠蘿包雪糕,雪糕係茶嘅味道,已經好濃郁。再加上熱辣辣汗好嘅菠蘿包,根本係一個唔會輸嘅配搭,食完大滿足~

紅蝦燒賣
燒賣大大粒,皮薄餡靚,蝦肉嫩滑爽口,每一口都吃到滿滿的蝦肉,更帶有蝦油香味,再配搭自家製嘅醬油來食,食落鮮美好味,同其他燒賣嘅食法好食好多,真係不錯。

自家製酸種菠蘿包配港式奶茶雪糕
又係一個好有創意特色嘅甜品,一個焗到脆卜卜嘅菠蘿包,再夾住港式奶茶味嘅雪糕,港式奶茶味好香濃,亦好有經典懷舊嘅味道,菠蘿包帶發酵酸味,菠蘿包皮夠脆夠香,真係令人回味無窮。

這間餐廳好值得推薦俾大家,真係好味好食,價錢又唔貴,食物質素高,店員服務態度好,又令人食得滿意,我哋下次都會再來食。

thank you for my annoying frd who decided to celebrate my bday with me after 10months🫡 kinda easy to book i just booked it on the same day I went🫢 i think the flavoring of the food was pretty nice & impressive yet its quite filling to finish the whole set menu, probs some of the dishes might benefit from a lighter flavour? haha not a pro but overall i enjoyed it (tho kinda slow service cuz only 1 chef in charge for the whole night~)
