To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 主菜係白松露美國蘆筍南瓜紫薯鮮豆包焗千層闊麵。平時食開既千層夾住肉碎同茄醬,而呢個千層麵好唔同,端上檯已經聞到松露既香味,鮮露筍既爽脆、南瓜既清甜,加上鮮豆包、栗子、紫薯,創造出美味的素食版本,不僅清新美味,而且更加健康。


為滿足樣樣都想試既姪仔,點左個悠蔬食小食拼盤 (有蛋) $178
小食拼盤有酥脆腐皮卷,泰式魚餅,沙嗲串燒,酥炸蒟蒻同吉列牛油果,5款炸物香口卻不濃烈,亦沒有油膩感,有驚喜之餘味道一流
。擺盤好吸引,可謂幾可亂真的「偽肉食」素菜。

甜品選擇(+$38)升級朱古力蜜糖吐司遇上香草雪糕,方塊焗得外脆內軟,微燶表面沾上蜜糖,加上朱古力醬,簡直係完美既配合,在濃郁香草雪糕洒上花生碎,為整道甜點增添了豐富既層次感。


我覺得素菜好食,除了食材好之外,少不了店員貼心既招呼,她們適時提點手卷先食,可以食到紫菜香脆口感,甜品端上來時,熱情地介紹有個雪糕球藏在方塊麵包底喔!謝謝她們創造左1個溫馨既用餐體驗給我們。
